Tokyo Kawaii TV is a TV program run by NHK Japan.

This TV show introduces cutting-edge fashion & kawaii trend that is supported by young girls & guys around Shibuya-Harajuku area, Tokyo. The show is so fun to watch, but it’s only in Japanese so I’d like to share part of it here in English with my opinion or comment with subsidiary info.
