Ramen

There are many great Ramen restaurants in Japan but I also like cooking it at home because it tastes good for the price.

Usually noodle for 1 person costs about 80-90yen (under US$1) and so does the soup.
Mixing all the other ingredients such as boiled egg, sungan, seaweed, and some other vegetables, still costs less. One more good thing about home-made Ramen, I can add as much as hot water as I like. When we eat out, usually soup is tasted a little too salty to me.
