I know it's hard to believe, but she is introducing many of her students who successfully changed their body. I don't think she should lie her age when she runs her business with this.

Asian people do look young, that's true.
Some people still think my age is 10-15 years minus from my real age! (LOL)

I understand only a little bit of Spanish because I used to have a Mexican boyfriend. But I forgot most of it, hahaha…So please comment in English even if you understand Spanish. That's better. ^ ^;

Yes, everyday! Everyday x 5 minutes = awesome result in a year! But…it's not that easy. I think motivation is most important here. In that way, this woman was very persistent.

The word "kekkai" you picked up is read as kekkai but that's completely different word, just how it's read is exactly the same, and of course, the meaning is totally different.

I still find it hard to believe, that rubbing your arms would move your fat around. I have looked up acupressure , but I think kekkai is something else entirely.
Wikipedia says : In Japanese folklore, a kekkai (血塊, lit. blood lump), is a blood homunculus created during a childbirth that is not sanctified. It is a hideous, amorphous blob of blood that lurks about and frightens people with its horrible appearance.
Did something get lost in translation ?

I've heard of the power of imagination before. But I've never thought, that it can be used in this kind of situation.
This woman is really wonderful! I checked her website.
About ideal models… well, I don't have any specific ideal woman in my mind at the moment either. When I did this massage last night, I just simply imagined women whom I saw on TV or somewhere (and of course who have those type of body features, which I'd like to have ).
