Amazing rejuvenation and ageless beauty

It has been natural for celebrities to remain good looking and beauty because that’s part of their job and that’s what audience expect. Then how about us, common folks? Should we give it up as we get old?
No.
Many Japanese women spend great efforts and good amount of time for their beauty, as well as fashion. I think sometimes that’s too much for me to catch up with, but I do respect these people on the show.
There is a TV program “Majo tachi no 22 ji (魔女たちの22時)“= 22:00 (10pm) of witches. Oh, they are not talking about witch hunting. There are amazing 50 over aged Japanese women who look like 30 something, and the number is increasing! It is as if they spelled themselves to rejuvenate. That’s where “witch” is from. You may think they had botox injections or cosmetic surgery, but no, they didn’t. They have become how they are by natural ways, without spending much money. This means we can be like them?!
The show is a little bit vulgar but funny, which is not exactly suited with my blog culture, but hope you enjoy it.
This is a sample video from Youtube, and this woman enlarged the breasts from A size to H from 35-year-old up until now. She still keeps doing the exercise everyday to maintain chest muscles and to move extra fat from upper arms to the breasts, from belly to the breasts. It’s unbelievable, but that’s the way she changed herself. It doesn’t take much time, or any cost, but only small effort and image training everyday is the key. (I know it’s not easy to keep motivation…)How old do you think this woman is? She is 60. (@_@!!)
Another one. When she was 49 y.o, she lied to her boyfriend that she was 34, and he didn’t doubt it until he finally found it when they got married. (It’s a problem that most of Japanese men like younger aged women, almost without exceptions! x_x ) Anyway, She looks that young! She is now 51 years old.

*Disclaimer: The photo is quoted from MSN Japan
I don’t think age matters any longer now that people can stay like this with everyday efforts and strong will. Money is not also a big problem here. I admire their passion, strong will and consistent efforts to keep beauty and youth. On the other hand I appreciate age-appropriateness, too.
What do you think? How the things are in your country?
I just want to stay kawaii in any ways even if I get old. :p

The US is pretty youth obsessed, appearance-wise, but they seem to really value age-appropriateness (which seems mighty silly to me). But, we're not very all natural. Instead of taking care of ourselves when we are young, it seems like most just save up to get surgeries. I think that if you've taken care of yourself, naturally, and look young it's great, but if you're filled to the brim with plastic it's not great. I hope to remain youthful energy-wise and kawaii-wise! I love my inner child and my inner child loves cute, so I cannot give it up! haha

WOW! That's amazing – is it the healthy diet? no smoking?

If someone told me I could rub fat from my arms to my boobs I wouldn't believe them… but after seeing that lady… that's just amazing!

I dont hv problems with ageing but I would really like a lean body. Lipo-suction however r expensive (€ 4500 per thigh or the stomach).
Also, no matter how one tries to keep youthful, some parts of the body will hv tell tale sign – like the wrinkled hands or liver spots appearing here n there – there's no escape from that reality !
We hv several serial TV programs on plastic surgery (free for the candidates on the show). The make-over is amazing but I do wonder what they would look like in a few years. The surgeon did advise a breast implant replacement every 5yrs !!
On a side note, r the Japanese struggling with weight problems as well ?

It's a good thing that you love your inner child. We all love cute!

She didn't mention smoking or not. She just keeps doing this exercise since 35 y.o. She mentioned first 1 year her size went from A to B, C, and D! It's unbelievable though…^ ^;

Of course we are always discussing how to lose weight and effective diet methods! But compared with Western culture, plastic surgery is not that popular. Many people go for exercise and/or healthy Japanese foods, or wear controlling undergarments rather than plastic surgery.

Hi Kirin, to be honest , I find it very hard to believe you can transfer fat cells from your arms to your chest by massaging them.
I will just have to get rid of the fat around my waist by dieting and training just like I did before.
I mean, even if it worked in which direction should I rub the fat ?
Down to my legs ? No , I don't want fat thighs..
To the back ? No, I don't want fat buttocks..
Upwards ? No, I really don't want a C cup, thank you very much !
Maybe I can massage it all the way down to the bottom of my feet ? That way I can add a few centimeters to my height ?
As for wanting to look good at older age, men are no different ! And if you train well , you can look good and be fit at older age.
That's true for women and men.
How ? Well you can find a lot of good advice on the site of Clarence Bass ( http://www.cbass.com/ )
Look at these pictures http://www.cbass.com/PICTORAL.HTM to see how he kept his form.
This picture http://www.cbass.com/IMAGES/Clarence-70.JPG is as he's now ( at 70! ) and still in top shape. And he does it by training hard once a week.

It's so strange but my message is gone!
Here's my reply that I posted 3 days ago, which I can find at the dashboard of intensedebate.

Ahahah! You sound sooo funny~(^ _ ^)
It's really incredible, I know…But she did that! Unfortunately I have no motivation to do that everyday 365 days. So I cannot prove it by myself.
That old man is fit but that's too much and unnatural. You don't have to be like that. Stay natural and healthy!

Hey guys!
Something's wrong with intensedebate comment system! My comments that I left several days ago have disappeared, nevertheless I can still find them at my dashboard of intensedebate. I am asking them what's wrong with my account. Sorry if you felt any inconvenience when you leave your comments…(*_*)

Hi Kirin, interesting to see that you find it unnatural and too much. It's a matter of personal opinion. I don't find it unnatural : to me he's just a natural athletic man. It's what I've been training for myself the past years. How hard you want to train and how strong you want to become is up to you. Women have an ' advantage' over men. Weight training makes them look more toned and looking fitter , without developing muscles like men do.

That is pretty amazing! O_O; I'm not really interested in making my chest larger (It would look awful on my tiny frame), but I would like to know how these ladies keep a young looking face!
Are there any videos or tips on that?
Thanks ^^

i personally do not think that breast implants are necessary but if a woman wants a better breast then it is her own decision :
