Newbie here! I was looking for Japanese fashion blogs,and stumbled upon this one=P
I lived in Japan for 8 years,but I've been living in Australia for the last 2 (I'm South American though).
Although my Japanese is not very good,I still liked to buy fashion magazines,and my favorite was ViVi,usually I would find a really cute dress,or the nicest boots and I'd go to buy them; but the best part for me was to see all the looks that the models were showing,it was a really good source to draw inspiration from.

Do you want to work for a fashion magazine in Japan? First requirement will be fluency in Japanese. Secondly you should have working experience at any fashion magazine before. Thirdly, you have to convince the employer what kind of benefit you can offer to them because hiring you means not to hire the locals instead. You've got to have something beneficial for the employer that he will not be able to gain from the local candidates. This is my opinion. I graduated with a degree in fashion design, but my degree is an associates. I was wondering if it was at all possible for me to find a job with a fashion magazine in Japan? I have worked in the United Kingdom in fashion, and I have worked in reatail. How would I go about obtaining a fashion job in Japan?

Hmmm…I have to say I don't know because in Japan I've never seen any magaiznes of English version. I saw English or Chinese version of magazines in Malaysia for the first time and so much surprised.
