Thank you, Matsumoto-san.
I liked your comment. Yes, I think I should be more proud of being Japanese myself. When living in Japan, I tend to focus on downsides of the culture or the country. Thank you for reminding me of something important. :)

Sounds like it was a good turning point that your mom decided to move to Japan then. I'm glad to hear that you liked Japan so much. I think you had a wonderful experience here in Japan. :) When I lived in the U.S for 1 year around 1995, people there didn't treat me well because of my poor English. (It was poor at that time.) So...my memory from the U.S (CA) is not that good unfortunately. I have not returned there since then. -_-;; Well, but I can say I've improved my English thanks to such severe circumstances. haha! ^ ^;;

i lived in japan for two years in elementary school and now im 18 years old. i'd say when you go to a different culture and the people of that culture open their hearts up to you it really influences your experience and what you think and how you accept that culture as a whole.
for me living in Japan was the best moents of my childhood. at a very young age i hated my home in cleveland, ohio and every person their put me down, very depressing place to live. when i was six years old my mom moved us to Japan to teach English. So there we were in a foreign country that didnt make any sense to my life. its like coming from a hopeless city to salvation. lol this probably doesnt make a bit of sense but ill get to the point in a min.
japan was more happiness than i could have ever imagined for myself. Ive lived all over the U.S. and okinawa and osaka. i wanted to live there forever and to me Japan is my favorite place i want to be. i think a lot of places in this world are wonderful and i want to find them all when i graduate.
maybe they loved and accepted me because i wanted them to but, there will always be home to me. so to sum up my answer Japan has something special not every people have.

Japanese people are CRAZY! I mean in the good way! I just love how they express them shelves so 'openly'. Look at how they did to the fashion culture, the cosplay and stuff. And they did it perfectly, they add so much stuff to wear but they still look amazing!

Oh what a good timing! I was about to write about the blood type and even started preparing for related photos!
Thank you so much for your opinion, and the post will be soon available, if I am not too busy... :)

I think nowadays TV dramas even have to count on anime, (because anime does a better job?) for example, Kochikame (Kochira Kameari Keisatusyo こち亀） is on TV now with popular actors. Hatarakiman (働きマン）used to be, too. But anime was good enough and I have already an image of the characters from anime, I don't feel like watching them in live action. Same can be said to NANA and Death Note, or Dragon Ball and Yatterman (I have a related post on this. http://tokyokawaiietc.com/archives/1563 ) ...there maybe more...:(
